Lenovo: Do Not Update to Windows 10 or Windows 11 22H2

It happened to us if you have these types of 2-years Lenovo laptop

  • NEVER update your Windows 10 or Windows 11 to patch 22H2.
  • You are still able to connect to Wifi but it cannot go to Internet. I WARN YOU !
I spend nearly SGD200 due to 2x service repair just to reinstall Windows and waste time going to service center. Luckily it does not happen for second time ... oh it did happen, but I manage to bring it back to previous stable (working) state.

If it happens to you, try this method.
  • Go to Windows Update setting (or short cut Windows + I)
  • Choose Advance options
  • Choose Go back
Wait few seconds till the laptop reacts. It goes several rebooting and the process takes 10 - 15 minutes.

 Good luck !
