Bika Pariaman

Bika is a kind of muffin with unique taste and preparation. Limited edition of "Bika Pariaman" that is sold at Simpang Ampek Jati Pariaman was displayed in these pictures. Traditional way of cooking by burning coconut skin to fuel the baking oven, so don't be surprise if thick smoke airs everywhere. This version of bika is made of fluor and has minced white coconut flesh inside. It is simply irresistible delicious especially when it is quite hot and the weather is simply cool during rain or night time. You have to queue to get it at first place due to its popularity and affordable non-inflated price :-) It is environment friendly since no LPG or kerosene is used here.
